Panel exhibition and Wish tree Date: Aug.12 – Oct. 19, 2014 The panel of the hospice and the palliative care was posted, and a lot of people came to see. 2.Lecture & Concert for pray Date: Oct. 19, 2014 10:00-12:00 Place: Tokyo National Hospital Meeting Room Program:Lecture(Dr.Takase)“What is Palliative care?” ,Concert (Music Therapists) We lectured on the hospice and the palliative care explanation by the doctor. Two music therapists played the piano and flute. Together with the music, I was watching the video leaves wrote a wish. Finally, nurses and doctors were introduced palliative care unit, palliative care team, visiting nurse, home-based hospice. 3.Hospice tour Date: Oct. 19, 2014 13:00-15:30 Place: 3 Palliative Units (Salvation Army Kiyose Hospital,Tokyo Hospital,Shin-ai Hospital)
